At 12 – Took my first job on a fruit and vegetable market stall. Here, I learned how to sell, the importance of hard work, and the reality that money buys opportunities.

At 18 – Took a 6-week summer job in hospitality that turned into a 6-year career in business and management.

  • Worked in every department: cleaning rooms, doing laundry, pulling pints, manning reception, even singing in the bar!
  • Studied business, management, and leadership on my one day off a week.
  • Quickly moved into management, learning the fundamentals of customer service, leadership, finance, and profitability.

Breaking into Leadership & Business Operations

From Hospitality to Managing Large-Scale Business Growth

Moved into hotel management, where I:

  • Built an accounting department from scratch.
  • Introduced staff training programs to improve service and efficiency.
  • Project-managed new builds and renovations, ensuring financial sustainability.

Transitioned into Healthcare, stepping in as a Manager of a Physical Rehabilitation Centre that was losing tens of thousands per month.

  • Turned the business around, taking it to 7 figures and beyond.
  • Recognised for business transformation, I was invited to an evening reception at Downing Street, attended events at St James Palace and the Treasury, and delivered a speech at the House of Lords

Scaling Bigger: High-Level Leadership & Strategy

Left Corporate to Launch My Own Vision

  • Secured a €16M investment proposal from George Bush’s personal banker—validating the strength of my business vision.
