Then we spend the rest of the session building your plan for the six months ahead, and every monthly call after that builds on it.
Travel costs are added at cost, plus accommodation if an overnight stay is needed. If you work from home, come to me in the Midlands, or I'll travel to somewhere convenient for you.

How is this different from Envisioned?
Envisioned gives you a fully researched plan and the clarity to carry it out yourself. Mentorship is for the woman who wants me beside her for six months while she does it, making the calls with her as the business changes.
How is this different from The Boardroom?
Mentorship is entirely one to one, built around your business alone. The Boardroom, opening in 2027, is a twelve-month group of founders with retreats, quarterly meet-ups and the awards. Some women will do both, in that order.
Where do the monthly calls happen?
On Zoom, at a time booked between us each month.
Can I message you any time?
Send WhatsApp messages and voice notes whenever suits you, and I'll reply during the working week. For anything that needs more thought, use priority email.
What if I work from home?
Then you come to me in the Midlands for the opening session, or I travel to somewhere convenient for you, with travel costs added at cost.
What happens after six months?
We look at where you are and decide together what's next. That might be continuing, moving into The Boardroom, or carrying on without me because the business no longer needs me. That last one counts as a win.
Why only four places?
Because this is personal work. I know each business properly, and that takes time I won't spread thinly.
The goal isn't to become indispensable. That's the problem.
